Return & Refund Policy

At Roviqo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Products may be returned if they are unused or gently used, provided they are returned in their original packaging along with all accessories (if applicable).

To be eligible for a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product (if it is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item)

Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must not be intentionally damaged or altered.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Return requests must be approved before shipping the item back.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used

  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or transferred via bank transfer, depending on how your order was paid.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as refunds may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or faulty

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, please email us with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product sent by Roviqo

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Roviqo cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

Important Notes

  • Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
